Pasta al forno con formaggi/Baked pasta with cheese

How many times have you found yourself with some cheese in the fridge and no idea what to cook? Well, baked pasta with cheese… is the answer. It’s easy and quick. Take some short pasta and cook it as usual in lightly salted water, then drain it. If you don’t like your pasta overcooked, stop cooking it 1–2 minutes early. Meanwhile, cut all the cheese you have into small cubes. Grease a baking dish, then add the cooked pasta, a little butter, a little cooking cream, and all the cheese cubes. Sprinkle some Parmesan on top. Mix everything together in the dish. Place it in the oven at the highest temperature and leave it there until a crispy crust forms on top. Serve hot.
