Roselline di pasta sfoglia con prosciutto cotto/Puff pastry roses with cooked ham

This appetizer is easy to make and requires few ingredients: 1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry, 200g of cooked ham, 200g of Emmental cheese, tomato sauce, and a few basil leaves. Start by spreading the tomato sauce on the first rectangular sheet of pastry, then add a few basil leaves, followed by the slices of cooked ham. Finally, spread the cheese slices on top again.



Roll the dough onto itself and then cut into rounds, then place them in a muffin tin. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
