Savory pie with spinach and cottage cheese

A savory, delicious cake that can be prepared in a short time.
Place the already cooked spinach, sweet bacon cubes and 3 eggs in a bowl. Mix everything and then add the cottage cheese. Mix everything together.



Unroll a rectangular puff pastry and cut into strips. Place the remaining part of the puff pastry together with its paper on the bottom of a baking dish. Prick the bottom with a fork and then add the mixture with the spinach.



With the shortcrust pastry strips cut out, turn them on themselves and place them on our savory pie, then use a brush to cover the strips with beaten yolk. Bake in a medium high oven for about 40 minutes. Once ready, let it cool a little.
