Spaghetti con tonno/Spaghetti with tuna

One of the easiest, tastiest, and cheapest ways to cook spaghetti. Start by chopping 2 large onions and sautéing them in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add some canned tuna (I use tuna in extra virgin olive oil, draining it before cooking). Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the spaghetti and then cook them. After about 5 minutes of cooking, add some tomato puree to the pan, season with salt and pepper, stir, and cook for another 10 minutes. Occasionally add a little broth or wine and stir. Drain the spaghetti and place it in a bowl. Add a little butter, stir, and then add the tuna sauce.

Buon Appetito!
