Spaghetti con speck

Spaghetti with speck is very easy to make and delicious, all you need is a little speck, an onion, cooking cream and spaghetti. Start by putting the water on for the spaghetti and in the meantime let the onion rise, once browned add some speck and let it brown for a few minutes and then turn off the heat and add some cream on top and mix. When the spaghetti are cooked, drain them and place them over the speck with a little cooking water, mix and serve. Once served, if you want you can add a little parmesan on top.
