Mozzarella “In carrozza”

Mozzarella “In Carrozza” is a simple, easy and delicious recipe and typical Italian recipe.
Ingredients:
-500g (15.87 oz) mozzarella for pizza (because it’s harder)
-2 eggs
-300g (10.58 oz) breadcrumbs/flour
-100g (3.52 oz) butter or extra virgin olive oil
-Salt and pepper
-50ml milk
Preparation:
1) Prepare 2 dishes: one with breadcrumbs/flour and on the other plate with 2/3 eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Beat the eggs with a fork, add salt and pepper and mix.
2) Cut the mozzarella into slices of 1cm(0,4 inch).
3) Dip mozzarella slices first in the dish with the eggs and then in a dish with the breadcrumbs. Repeat again first in the egg then in the breadcrumbs.
4) Repeat again first in the egg then in the breadcrumbs. Now the mozzarella slices are breaded.



5) Put the butter in a large pan and add the breaded mozzarella slices.
6) Fry without lid, at high fire the mozzarella slices until tey became browned on both sides.
