Tagliatelle with Ham, Peas and Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 people:
-300g(10.58 oz) of Tagliatelle
-150g(5.29 oz) of raw ham in strips
-150g(5.29 oz) of chopped onion
-150g(5.29 oz) of cooking cream
-100g(3.52 oz) of sweet gorgonzola
-150g(5.29 oz) of canned peas
-50g(1.76 oz) of philadelphia
-100ml of milk
-1 glass of white wine
-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
1) Put the oil, onion and ham in a pan and fry over low heat until the onion becomes transparent.
2) When the onion has become transparent, raise the cooking temperature and add wine.
3) Once the alcohol in the wine has evaporated, add the peas and reduce the temperature again.
4) After 10 minutes of cooking, add gorgonzola, philadelphia and milk. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.

5) Boil the water in a large saucepan, as soon as it starts boiling, add the salt and then the tagliatelle.
6) When the tagliatelle are cooked, remove them in a colander and then put them in a bowl. Add the freshly made dressing.
