Teglia con patate, formaggi e prosciutto-Baking dish with potatoes, cheese and ham

This combination of potatoes, cheese, and prosciutto is a real winner—it’s full of flavor, and you can easily adapt the recipe using whatever leftover cheese you have on hand. First, boil the potatoes in salted water. Once cooked and cooled, peel them and slice them, then arrange the slices in the bottom of a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Start layering with whatever you have on hand… a layer of various cheeses, topped with slices of prosciutto or cooked ham—whatever you have in the fridge. For the final layer, add some cheese and sprinkle Grana Padano on top. Bake for about 40 minutes at medium-high heat until you see a golden crust on top. Easy, isn’t it?
