Lasagnetta di polenta, ragù e provolone/Polenta lasagna with meat sauce and provolone cheese

To make this super easy and tasty recipe, all you need is polenta, meat sauce, and whatever cheese you have at home. Unlike classic lasagna, this recipe doesn’t require an oven.
Cook the polenta (make it thick) and heat up the meat sauce. On a large plate, use a large spoon to spread a layer of polenta, then a layer of meat sauce, then another layer of polenta and another layer of meat sauce. Place strips of cheese in the layer of polenta, which will soften with the heat of the polenta. Sprinkle the last layer of meat sauce with Parmesan cheese… spectacular!
