Cuoricini per San Valentino fatti con uova di quaglie/Valentine’s Day hearts made with quail eggs

This heart-shaped appetizer is perfect for Valentine’s Day and is very easy to make. You can vary the ingredients to your liking. First, I brushed the inside of the heart-shaped baking cups with oil. I cracked the quail eggs (with a knife because they have very hard shells) and put two in each cup, then added salt, pepper, and grated Grana Padano cheese. I put them in the fryer and cooked them for 5 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, I took them out and left them to cool.



Next, I cut out some heart-shaped slices of soft bread and then browned them in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 200°C. Once the bread hearts were cooked, I let them cool and then spread guacamole on top and added my hearts with quail eggs. I plated them and added some olives on top as a final decoration!
