Corona per le Feste!-Party Crown!

To make this delicious crown, I used a round sheet of puff pastry, rolled it out on the baking pan, then placed a small bowl upside down in the center. I started by spreading fresh cheese on the pastry, then added diced Emmental cheese and slices of cooked ham. I then removed the bowl and cut the part underneath into wedges, which I then turned over onto the part with cheese and cooked ham. I brushed the top with egg yolk and added some poppy seeds. Bake in the oven at 180°C(356°F) for 20 minutes and the crown is ready!
