Baked Trevigiano Radish

Trevigiano Radish is delicious cooked in oven and also grilled. Any type of meat can be accompanied with radish. Ingredients: -2 large Radishes -salt and pepper -Extra virgin olive oil Preparation: 1) Wash the Radishes and cut them a half. 2) Put the Radish in a pan. Add the oil, salt and pepper on top. 3) Put the pan with the Radish in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes you can spry it with half glass of white wine. Buon Appetito!!
