Lasagne in padella di patate, prosciutto cotto e Cheddar/Lasagna in a pan with potatoes, cooked ham, and Cheddar cheese

I didn’t know what to call this dish, but since it has layers, I thought of lasagna. The combination of potatoes, cheese, and cooked ham is fantastic. First, peel the potatoes, then slice them and place them in two pans with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cook them for a few minutes with the lid on, adding a pinch of salt. Since the potato slices are thin, they cook quickly. Turn off the heat under one pan with the potato slices and spread the cheddar cheese over the potato slices (I didn’t have enough, so I added some Lerdamer cheese), then lay the slices of cooked ham and another layer of cheddar and cook for a few minutes with the lid on. Finally, when the cheese has melted, add the other potato slices on top of the ham, turning the other pan over. Slide onto a serving dish and then cut into triangles as if they were slices of pizza and serve with any type of vegetable.
