Scaloppine fatte con cuore di vitello (Scallops made with veal heart)

I’ve always been hesitant about how to cook veal heart because it’s a bit tough, so I thought it could be cooked in a stew or in a broth… but making scaloppine was a game-changer. I used the heart already sliced thinly, but thinking about it, you could also make it at home. I rinsed the veal heart slices, seasoned them, then floured them, then placed them in a pan where I melted some butter. Turn them on both sides and add a little salt and pepper, then cook everything with a splash of white wine. Serve with salad or fresh vegetables. Dinner was ready in no time :-).
