Spaghetti con polpettine di pollo, pomodoro e basilico (Spaghetti with chicken meatballs, tomato and basil)

How many ways to prepare spaghetti… with chicken meatballs, in addition to being delicious, they are also a complete and light meal. Let’s start by cutting a large onion into small pieces and frying it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I had bought some chicken meatballs, but since they seemed too big to add to the spaghetti, I divided them in half and then made little balls that I then passed in a plate with some flour. I added the latter to the fried onion and browned them for a while. After a few minutes I added a little tomato puree, mixed and let it simmer for a few minutes, then I added salt and pepper and then some milk. I cooked everything for about 10 minutes on minimum heat and with the lid on, then I added a few basil leaves to also give a little fragrance. In the meantime I cooked the spaghetti, which once cooked I mixed with my sauce with chicken meatballs. Plate and add a little parmesan…if you want to see how parmesan is made in Italy…here is the right link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7Dk723h7wQ&t=3s
