Spaghetti al aglio, olio e peperoncino/Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper

Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper is one of the easiest and tastiest dishes favored by Italians. All you need is 4 cloves of garlic, a few chili peppers, and fresh parsley. Chop everything up and then put it in a pan with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil. First, however, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, then add a ladleful of the cooking water to the pan and continue cooking for another 4 minutes. When the spaghetti is al dente, drain it and then add it to the pan with a little cooking water, cook for another 5 minutes… and there you have it, ready to serve!
