Indivia nella friggitrice ad aria/Endive in the air fryer

Endive can be eaten raw or cooked, but since it’s a bit bitter raw, I personally prefer to cook it. Cooking it in the air fryer is the easiest and quickest way. Start by washing it, removing the tough outer part, and then cutting it in half. Place it in the air fryer and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook the endive for about 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F), but if you prefer it extra crunchy, leave it in for a few more minutes. It can be eaten as an appetizer or a side dish.
